How It Got Started

As a professional, a wife, a mother and a grand mother I enjoy experimenting on how to make nutritious food that fits into today's busy life. My passion for cooking is driven by adapting recipes and ingredients to make them easier to prepare and healthier. My mantra is nothing in the kitchen gets wasted. I love repurposing ingredients (including leftovers!)  from one dish to make another!

I am sharing here the recipes that have brought joy to the people around me.
