Barley Idli

Ingredients
Barley millet - 1 cup
Urad Dal(Washed) White - 1 cup
Masar Dal(Washed)Pink - 1 Cup
Fruit Salt(Eno) - 1 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Method
Wash thoroughly barley grains and dals separately and soak overnight.
Mix all three and grind with little water to a thick paste.
Shift this paste in a bowl add salt and give a nice stir till the mixture become creamy and fluffy.
Add 1 teaspoon fruit salt and stir gently and pour in idli stand and steam immediately for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with Sambhar and Chutney.
Note: You can also add spices or vegetable in Idli mixture before steaming
