BeetRoot Lassi

Ingredients

  1. Beet Root-1

  2. Curd-1/2 Cup

  3. Salt-As per taste.

 

Method

  1. Peel and wash the beetroot properly.

  2. Cut into small pieces and churn in a Food processor with some water in it.

  3. Sieve this mixture and separate the Beetroot juice.

  4. Squeeze the mixture to take out maximum juice.

  5. Pour Curd salt 1-2 ice cubes and 1 Tbsp of this juice along with water in the mixer.

  6. Churn for 1 minute and enjoy Cold Beetroot Lassi

Time Saver Tip: Store this BeetRoot Juice in icing tray in Freezer and use 1-2 cubes in Lassi whenever desired.,
