Bharwa Tinda orSmall Eggplant orBaby onions (in 1 tsp oil)

Ingredients

  1. Tinda(Baby pumpkin)-500gm(prefer small pieces)

  2. Salt, Haldi and red chili-as per taste

  3. Dry Coriander powder-1 tsp full

  4. Garam masala-1/2tsp

  5. Amchoor-1/2 tsp

  6. Jeera -1/2tsp

Method

  1. Peel and wash all the pieces.

  2. Give cross cuts in tindas halfway to fill the masala.

  3. Mix all the dry spices and fill with the help of a spoon in all the pieces.

  4. Heat the appe maker and pour 1-2 drops of oil in each cavity.

  5. Add each piece of spiced tinda in each cavity.

  6. Cover the appe maker and cook for 4-5 minutes on slow to medium flame.

  7. Turn the sides of tindas to cook the other side.

  8. Cook for another 5-10 minutes or till Tindas become tender and soft.

  9. Stuffed tinda sabji is ready.
