Chick Peas Balls

Ingredients

  1. Chick Peas - Soaked Overnight - 1/2 cup

  2. Ginger - 1 small piece

  3. Garlic - 1-2 clove

  4. Green Chilli - 1 piece

  5. Onion - 1 small

  6. Salt - To taste

  7. Cumin powder- to Taste

  8. Chat Masala - to Taste

  9. Fresh Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Grind soaked chickpeas with garlic, ginger and green chilli in a food processor.

  2. Take the mixture out of the food processor and add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, cumin powder and chat masala.

  3. Make small size balls and deep Fry / Air fry.

  4. Serve hot with Ketchup!
