Ingredients
Chick Peas - Soaked Overnight - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 1-2 clove
Green Chilli - 1 piece
Onion - 1 small
Salt - To taste
Cumin powder- to Taste
Chat Masala - to Taste
Fresh Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Method
Grind soaked chickpeas with garlic, ginger and green chilli in a food processor.
Take the mixture out of the food processor and add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, cumin powder and chat masala.
Make small size balls and deep Fry / Air fry.
Serve hot with Ketchup!
