Choco Bites (with Raagi and Jwar Millets )

Ingredients

  1. Raagi Flour 1 Cup

  2. Jwar Flour 3/4 Cup

  3. Butter or Ghee 1/2 Cup

  4. Powdered Sugar 1/2 Cup

  5. Cocoa Powder 1 TbSp

  6. Milk 4-5 TbSp

 

Method

  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 170F.

  2. Whisk sugar and ghee together till the mixture is soft and fluffy.

  3. Add Raagi, Jwar flour and Coco powder to the ghee and sugar mixture.

  4. Bind the mixture to form a tight dough using minimum milk.

  5. Do not knead the dough just combine everything together.

  6. Roll the dough to a 1/2 inch flat oval.

  7. Cut the dough into a bite-size cookie of the desired shape.

  8. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 mins.

  9. Let the cookies cool for 1/2 an hour on a wire stand before serving.
