Chocolate Cake (With leftover bread !!)

Ingredients

  1. Bread slices-5-6

  2. Suji-1/2 cup

  3. Powdered sugar-1/2 cup

  4. Cooking Oil-2 Tbsp

  5. Milk-1 cup

  6. Baking Powder or Fruit Salt-1/2 tsp

  7. Coco Powder-1-2 Tsp

 

Method

  1. Make 1 and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs from the bread in the food processor.

  2. You can use leftover bread or bread crumbs or leftover sides of bread.

  3. Add 1/2 cup Suji, Powdered Sugar,2 Tbsp Oil and 1/2 cup milk in the mixer grinder and mix.

  4. Pour the mixture into a Bowl add some more milk to the mixture and mix well.

  5. Make the mixture a little thicker than pouring consistency.

  6. Add Coco powder in the mixture and mix well.

  7. Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder or 1/2 tsp of fruit salt in the mixture and mix gently.

  8. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180C.for 25-30 minutes.

  9. Check the cake by inserting a toothpick.

  10. Let the cake cool in the baking dish for 5-10 min.
