Ingredients
Bread slices-5-6
Suji-1/2 cup
Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
Cooking Oil-2 Tbsp
Milk-1 cup
Baking Powder or Fruit Salt-1/2 tsp
Coco Powder-1-2 Tsp
Method
Make 1 and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs from the bread in the food processor.
You can use leftover bread or bread crumbs or leftover sides of bread.
Add 1/2 cup Suji, Powdered Sugar,2 Tbsp Oil and 1/2 cup milk in the mixer grinder and mix.
Pour the mixture into a Bowl add some more milk to the mixture and mix well.
Make the mixture a little thicker than pouring consistency.
Add Coco powder in the mixture and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder or 1/2 tsp of fruit salt in the mixture and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180C.for 25-30 minutes.
Check the cake by inserting a toothpick.
Let the cake cool in the baking dish for 5-10 min.
