Dhania Pudina Chutney, Lassi and Pudina Raita

Ingredients

  1. Dhania Bunch-1

  2. Pudina Bunch-2

  3. Raw Mango-1

  4. Green Chilli-2-3

  5. Salt-As per taste

  6. Cumin Seeds-1 tsp

  7. Curd-for Raita

 

Method

  1. Cut the Dhania bunch into three pieces Roots, stems, and leaves.

  2. Discard roots and cut roughly stem portion after removing dry or rotten leaves and stems.

  3. Remove the stems of Pudina sticks.

  4. Add thoroughly washed dhania stems and pudina leaves and green chilies in a food processor.

  5. Grind the mixture with 2-3 ice cubes to protect the color of dhania and pudina.

  6. Strain the juice and store it in the ice tray in the freezer,

  7. Store the pulp in refrigerator

For Pudina Raita

  1. Use some of pulp-mixture and mix in curd, with salt and pepper to make dhania pudina raita.

For Lassi

  1. You can add 1-2 cubes frozen juice in cold curd, salt and water - Blend to make Pudhina lassi ! .

For Chutney

  1. Grind the raw mango in a grinder and then add some pudhina-dhaniya pulp to it.

  2. Add salt and cumin seeds in this mixture and grind again to form chutney.

  3. You can also add a piece of ginger and garlic as per taste

For Instant Mint-Lemonade

  1. Add some salt and lemon to the glass and add 1-2 cubes of frozen dhania pudina concentrate to make a cool drink.

Note: Chop dhania leaves finely and use in curries and other vegetables.
