Ingredients
Flax Seeds-1 Cup
Dates (Pitted)-7-8
Desiccated Coconut flakes-1 Cup
Cardamom Powder-1 teaspoon (optional)
Dry Fruits- Of your choice
Method
Roast Flax Seeds and grind to a powder.
Roast 3/4 of the Desiccated coconut lightly.
Add roasted Coconut, Pitted Dates and 1 tsp of Cardamom powder to the grinder
Grind till a smooth paste - ~1-2 min
Add cgopped dry fruits of your choice.
Roll into small balls. They will be sticky to touch!
Roll the balls in the remaining dry coconut
Note: Adjust the sweetness by increasing the no of dates as per your taste.
