Flax Seeds Coconut Ladoo (with Dates)

Ingredients

  1. Flax Seeds-1 Cup

  2. Dates (Pitted)-7-8

  3. Desiccated Coconut flakes-1 Cup

  4. Cardamom Powder-1 teaspoon (optional)

  5. Dry Fruits- Of your choice

 

Method

  1. Roast Flax Seeds and grind to a powder.

  2. Roast 3/4 of the Desiccated coconut lightly.

  3. Add roasted Coconut, Pitted Dates and 1 tsp of Cardamom powder to the grinder

  4. Grind till a smooth paste - ~1-2 min

  5. Add cgopped dry fruits of your choice.

  6. Roll into small balls. They will be sticky to touch!

  7. Roll the balls in the remaining dry coconut

Note: Adjust the sweetness by increasing the no of dates as per your taste.
