Ingredients
Rolled Oats-1 cup
Normal oats-1 cup
Honey-2 tablespoons
Jaggery-1 Tablespoon
Cooking oil-1 tablespoon(Odourless)
Roasted peanuts-2 tablespoons
Dry fruits-Cashews, Almonds, Pistachio
Dates-4-5
Raisins-few
Seeds-melon, watermelon, and sunflower seeds
Cinnamon powder-1/2 teaspoon
Method
Roast the oats on slow flame for 5 minutes till they get slightly brown.
Roast all the dry fruits separately and let everything cool to room temperature.
Add oil, jaggery and honey in a bowl and heat slightly for jaggery to mix evenly.
Add roasted oats and dry fruits to this mixture with chopped dates and raisins.
Mix properly and pour in greased try coated with parchment paper.
Spread the mixture with the help of a spatula and let it set.
Cut in the desired shape.
