Ice cream (without sugar)

Ingredients

  1. Dates-7-8

  2. Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam)-1 tsp

  3. Milk-1/2 kg

  4. Milk Powder-2 Tbsp

 

Method

  1. Soak the dates in 1/2 cup milk for1 an hour.

  2. Boil the milk and cook for 15 minutes.

  3. Add 2 tbsp of milk powder and mix.

  4. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.

  5. Add soaked dates in food processor to make a paste.

  6. Add this mixture and 1 tsp Gulkand in this mixture and grind again.

  7. Pour the mixture into paper cups/ice cream molds and cover with aluminum foil.

  8. Keep the cups in the freezer for 3-4 hours and peel off the paper and enjoy gulkand flavor ice cream.
