Dates-7-8
Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam)-1 tsp
Milk-1/2 kg
Milk Powder-2 Tbsp
Method
Soak the dates in 1/2 cup milk for1 an hour.
Boil the milk and cook for 15 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp of milk powder and mix.
Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.
Add soaked dates in food processor to make a paste.
Add this mixture and 1 tsp Gulkand in this mixture and grind again.
Pour the mixture into paper cups/ice cream molds and cover with aluminum foil.
Keep the cups in the freezer for 3-4 hours and peel off the paper and enjoy gulkand flavor ice cream.
