Instant Jowar Dosa (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  1. Jowar flour (Sorghum , Millet) -1 Cup

  2. Onion-1 (finely chopped)

  3. Coriander leaves-finely chopped (few)

  4. Salt- as per taste

  5. Oil-1 teaspoon for each Dosa

 

Method

  1. Make a batter (pourable consistency) of Jowar flour.

  2. Add little salt coriander leaves and finely chopped onion to the batter.

  3. Heat Dosa tawa and brush oil on it.

  4. Sprinkle few drops of water on tawa and clean it. The drops of water should sizzle !

  5. Immediately spread 2 to 3 Tbsps of this mixture on tawa .

  6. Let it cook till it becomes dry from the top and become crispy from the bottom.

  7. Pour some oil from the sides and turn the Dosa.

  8. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes from this side also and serve hot crispy Dosa with tomato chutney.
