Ingredients
Milk-1/2 Kg
Corn flour/Custard Powder-1 Tbsp
Whipped cream-1/2 cup
Sugar- 2 Tbsp
Different fruits-Mango, Strawberry
Oreo Biscuits-2
Vanilla essence-few drops
Method
Add Cornflour or custard powder in 1/2 cup room temp milk and mix well.
Boil the remaining milk and add this mixture in boiling milk continuously stirring.
Add sugar to the milk
Cook for 5-8 minutes stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool.
Stir the mixture every few minutes while it cools so that layer of thick custard does not appear on it.
Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Whip the whipping cream normally in a mixing bowl.
Add the custard mixture to the cream and mix evenly.
Keep the bowl in the freezer for 1 hour.
Take the bowl out and churn with an electric beater.
Divide the mixture into four parts to give different flavors.
Add 2-3 crushed strawberries in one part and mix well.
Add some mango pulp in the 2nd part.
Add crushed Oreo biscuits in 3rd part.
Add few drops of vanilla essence in the 4th part.
Pour different mixtures in paper cups and cover with aluminum foil.
You can make 6 big cups of ice cream with this mixture.
