Ingredients
Mango (Ripe) -1
Whipping cream-1/2 cup(sweetened)
Bread slices-6
Powdered sugar-1-2 tsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Pistachio-4-5 pieces
Method
Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.
Cut off the crust from bread slices.
Mix 1 tsp of sugar in milk and pour in wide bowl.
Dip each slice of bread in this milk and squeeze in hands.
Add a spoon full of mango cubes and roll the bread in a round shape with your hands.
Make all the balls in the same way.
Whip the cold cream in a bowl with the help of an electric blender.
Dip the balls in this cream one by one and place in a serving plate.
Add one cube of mango and sliced pistachio to each ball and serve cold.
