Mango Balls

Ingredients

  1. Mango (Ripe) -1

  2. Whipping cream-1/2 cup(sweetened)

  3. Bread slices-6

  4. Powdered sugar-1-2 tsp

  5. Milk-1/2 cup

  6. Pistachio-4-5 pieces

 

Method

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.

  2. Cut off the crust from bread slices.

  3. Mix 1 tsp of sugar in milk and pour in wide bowl.

  4. Dip each slice of bread in this milk and squeeze in hands.

  5. Add a spoon full of mango cubes and roll the bread in a round shape with your hands.

  6. Make all the balls in the same way.

  7. Whip the cold cream in a bowl with the help of an electric blender.

  8. Dip the balls in this cream one by one and place in a serving plate.

  9. Add one cube of mango and sliced pistachio to each ball and serve cold.
