Mango Ice cream (No Cooking ! )

Ingredients

  1. Mango pulp-1 cup

  2. Milk powder-1/2 cup

  3. Whipping cream-1/2 cup

  4. Sugar-as per taste


 

Method

  1. Add mango pulp in blender and churn for 1-2 minutes

  2. Add milk powder and whipping cream and churn again for 3-4 times.

  3. Taste and add sugar as required and churn once again for a minute.

  4. Pour the material in kulfi/ice mold and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.

  5. Enjoy creamy tasty mango kulfi.
