Ingredients
Mango pulp-1 cup
Milk powder-1/2 cup
Whipping cream-1/2 cup
Sugar-as per taste
Method
Add mango pulp in blender and churn for 1-2 minutes
Add milk powder and whipping cream and churn again for 3-4 times.
Taste and add sugar as required and churn once again for a minute.
Pour the material in kulfi/ice mold and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
Enjoy creamy tasty mango kulfi.
