Ingredients
Moong Dal Soaked or Flour(Dry)-1 Cup
Salt- as per taste
For stuffing
Paneer-100 gms
Onion-1
Coriander leaves-few
Tomato-1
Spices-Salt, Black pepper, Cumin Pd.
Method
Crumble the paneer and add finely chopped Onion Tomato and Coriander leaves.
Add spices and mix well and keep aside for stuffing.
If you are using dry Moong dal flour then make a pourable mixture of this flour using water as required.
Using soaked Moong dal grind the dal to paste and make a pourable mixture.
Keep this mixture overnight to ferment.
Add salt to the mixture and mix gently and add water to bring back the pourable consistency .
Heat the Nonstick or Cast Iron Tawa and grease with oil.
Sprinkle little water on hot Tawa and wipe.
Now pour the material on it.
Spread 1 Tb spoon mixture on Tawa and spread immediately to Round or Oval shape.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Pour few drops of oil on the sides when the cheela looks dry.
Turn the cheela around with the help of a spatula.
Cook for 1 minute and again turn.
Add the stuffing and fold.
Serve Hot with Ketchup.
