Ingredients
Hung Curd (Curd without Water) - 1 Cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Milk Pd.-1 Tb Sp(Optional)
Sugar - To Taste
Fruits - To Taste can include Apple, Banana, Strawberry, Mango
Cashews - 4-5 pieces
Optional -- A small piece of Cake,
Optional - 1 tbsp cream
Method
Mix hung curd with milk gently to make a think paste. You can add 1tbspn of cream or milk Pd for extra creaminess.
Add powdered sugar to taste.
Add finely chopped fruits as per taste.
Optional - crumble a small piece of cake and add to the mixture for extra texture.
Garnish with chopped cashews and fruit.
Serve Chilled!
