Ingredients
Paneer-250 gms
Bell Papper (Green, Red & yellow)-1 each
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Hung Curd-1 Tbsp
Besan-1 Tbsp
Mustard Oil-1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Spices-Salt, as per taste, Haldi- A Pinch of Haldi, Jeera powder- 1 tsp,, Kashmiri Mirch-1 tsp, , Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Skewers(~6 inches)-6
Method
If wooden/bamboo skewers - soak them in water for 15-20 minutes.
Take 1 Tbsp hung curd in a bowl and add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Add roasted besan and all the spices in this mixture and mix properly.
Cut the Paneer in cubes
Cut Onion Tomato Capsicum and Red yellow pepper in big pieces and wash thoroughly.
Add paneer cubes and vegetables in this mixture and mix to coat well.
Cover the bowl and keep this marinate aside for 1-2 hours.
Heat the pan and brush some oil in it.
Take the first skewer and push a hard veg like onion slice first
Now add capsicum slice, tomato slice, Paneer cube, and repeat the pattern.
Keep the stick in the heated pan carefully.
Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip the side.
Cook from all the sides and transfer in serving plate.
Sprinkle little black pepper and lemon juice if required.
Serve hot with sauce.
