Pumpkin Parantha

Ingredients

  1. Fresh Pumpkin(Yellow) - 250 gms(sliced in cubes)

  2. Wheat Flour - 250 gms

  3. Onion - 1 small

  4. Coriander leaves - Few

  5. Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely

  6. Salt - As per taste

  7. Spices - Jeera, Black pepper, Chat masala.

 

Method


1. Wash pumpkin cubes thoroughly and boil in water till cubes become soft.

2.Mash boiled pumpkin cubes and mix all the spices,

3.Mix finely chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilli and mix well

4.Add wheat flour and make a soft dough without using water.

5.Keep the dough for rest for 10-15 minutes.

6.Roll the paranthas using desi ghee and cook on medium flame.

7.Serve hot with curd and pickle.

Note..You can add grated ginger also if so desired.
