Ragi Idli (Gluten free)

Ingredients


  1. Urad washed dal (White) - 1/2 cup

  2. Moong washed dal(Yellow) - 1/2 cup

  3. Ragi - 1/2 cup

  4. Fruit salt(Eno) - 1 teaspoon(1 pouch)

  5. Salt - As per taste

 

Method

  1. Wash dals and ragi thoroughly and soak separately overnight.

  2. Mix and Grind soaked dals and ragi in the grinder to a fine paste using minimum water..

  3. Take out the mixture in a bowl and stir well with a spatula till the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.

  4. Add salt and 1 teaspoon fruit salt to the mixture.

  5. Mix well and pour the mixture in idli stand and steam immediately for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
