Ingredients
Ragi Flour - 1/2 Cup
Suji - 1/2 Cup
Plain Curd - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Carrot - 1 finely chopped
Red, Green, Yellow bell peppers - 1/4th each finely chopped
Beans - 5-6 - finely chopped
Green Chilli - 1-2 chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 tsp finely chopped
Chat Masala - Optional (To Taste)
Salt - To Taste
Black Pepper - To Taste
Method
Mix Ragi Flour, Suji and Curd with some water to make s running batter.
Rest the batter for ~15 mins.
Add finely chopped vegetables, Fresh Coriander leaves and Green chillis Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
Mix well for 4-5 mins.
Heat a Dosa Tava / Flat skillet and grease with oil
Pour the batter on a hot Tava to make a circular shape like a Cheela or Pancake
Cook each side by covering the Uttapam. Ensure heat stays on slow-medium. It will take 4-5 mins on each side.
Serve warm.
