Ingredients
Sattu flour-1Cup
Mawa-100 gms or Milk powder-2 tablespoons
Milk-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
Chopped Dry fruits-As per taste
Desi Ghee-1 teaspoon
Method
Heat a frying pan.
Heat desi ghee and add 1/2cup milk to the pan.
If you Milk powerder - Add 2 Tbsp of milk powder and stir well, Roast for 2 to 3 minutes and mawa is ready. Or use readymade mawa .
Add 1/2 cup of sugar in the mawa and stir well on slow flame till sugar dissolves.
Add 1 cup of sattu powder and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and some of the dry fruits.
Pour the mixture on a greased plate with parchment paper and spread evenly.
Spread finely chopped dry fruit and garnish.
Let the mixture cool and cut in the desired shape.
