Ingredients
Sattu flour - 4 Teaspoons
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1(Chopped finely)
Chopped coriander leaves Few
Salt - As per taste
Spices - Black pepper, Jeera, Chat masala
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Desi ghee - For parantha.
Method
Add salt, all spices chopped onion coriander and green chills in sattu flour.
Add 1 teaspoon of ghee to this flour and mix well.
Make a soft dough of this flour using water and make small balls for filling.
Knead normal wheat flour to make paranthas.
Roll the wheat flour ball thin like chapati apply some ghee and give a filling of sattu ball.
Again roll this ball filled with sattu filling carefully.
Cook on hot Tawa on medium flame from both sides and apply ghee and roast again.
Serve hot with curd or Raita.
