Sprouted dal Cheela

Ingredients


  1. Sprouted Moong Dal - 1 Cup

  2. Besan - 1 TbSp

  3. Onion - 1

  4. Coriander leaves(Chopped) - few

  5. Green chilli - 1- 2

  6. Ginger - 1 small piece

  7. Salt - As per taste

  8. Spices - Jeera, black pepper, Chat masala and little turmeric Pd.

 

Method

  1. Grind the sprouted Moong Dal to paste using little water.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 1 Tb spoon besan.

  3. Make pouring consistency of this mixture using water and mix till the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.

  4. Add finely chopped onion coriander leaves and green chillies in this mixture.

  5. Add salt, little turmeric and other spices to this mixture.

  6. Heat nonstick or cast iron Tava on high flame and grease with little oil.

  7. Pour the mixture and spread on Tawa making thin cheela.

  8. Pour little oil on the sides and cook for 4-5 minutes and then turn upside down.

  9. Pour some oil on the sides and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

  10. Serve hot with dhania chutney or ketchup.

Note: You can add one slice of ginger and garlic at the time of grinding sprouts.
