Ingredients
Sprouted moong dal 1 Cup
Peanuts 1 Tbsp
Rice 1 Tbsp
Cabbage(sliced) 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 1/4 Cup
Bell Pepper 1/2 Cup
Other vegetables of your choice
Salt and black pepper - As per taste
Onion(finely chopped) 1
Lemon 1
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry peanuts for 1 to 2 min in oil and keep aside.
Fry dry rice in the same oil for 1-2 min and keep aside.
Fry chopped garlic for 1 min and then add chopped onion and saute
Add sprouted dal and cook on slow flame for 2 to 3 min.
Now add sliced vegetables ,salt and cook for 4 5 minutes on slow flame.
Add fried peanuts and rice .
Cook for 5 more minutes.
Add black pepper and lemon juice as per taste.
You can add tomato ketchup before serving
