Ingredients
Jaggery-50 gms
Ginger-1 piece
Mint Leaves-few
Lemon-1
Salt-As per taste
Rock salt-as per taste
Ice cubes-few
Method
Crush jaggery and dip in a glass of water.
Keep aside till jaggery dissolves in water.
In a blender add 1 piece of ginger, few mint leaves along with this water.
Churn everything in the blender for few seconds.
Add salt rock salt lemon juice and few ice cubes.
Churn everything again for few more seconds.
Sieve the juice in a glass and serve cold with some more ice cubes.
